SwitchBot Lock Ultra
The Lock Ultra body on its own. It mounts over your existing deadbolt’s thumbturn and works over Bluetooth from your phone. Add a SwitchBot keypad for codes or biometrics, and a hub for remote access.
What SwitchBot says it does
- Mounts over the interior thumbturn of your existing deadbolt, so you keep using your original key.
- Rechargeable main pack (3 × 18350, 4,200 mAh) rated for up to 12 months at 10 locks and unlocks a day, plus a CR123A backup pack.
- Auto-lock uses the included door magnet, so it locks only when the door is fully closed.
- Auto-unlock (beta) uses your phone’s GPS and Bluetooth. It works without a hub.
- Mounts with adhesive or screws (screws not included).
- Remote control, voice assistants, and Matter need a SwitchBot hub, sold separately.
