Four things that decide whether Lock Ultra fits
Your lock type
SwitchBot lists single-cylinder deadbolts as compatible. Jimmy-proof deadlocks and mortise locks need the separately sold adapter kit ($19.99 list).
Room to the door frame
From the center of the thumbturn to the frame: at least 33 mm (1.3 in) if the door opens inward, more than 40 mm (1.6 in) if it opens outward.
How far the thumbturn turns
The thumbturn has to rotate at least 40° between locked and unlocked. Most US deadbolts turn about 90°.
A hub for remote access
Bluetooth unlocking works without a hub. Remote control, voice assistants, and Matter need a SwitchBot hub. All three combos include Hub Mini Matter.
